Appointment Policy for CORIA OHANA THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
At Coria Ohana Therapeutic Massage, we prioritize your health and well-being. To ensure all clients receive the highest quality of care, we have implemented the following policies regarding missed appointments and payment responsibilities for massage therapy services.
Missed Appointments:
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of care.
- Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $50.00.
Grace Period:
- We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this timeframe, we will do our utmost to accommodate your full session. However, if you arrive beyond the grace period, we may need to shorten your appointment to maintain our schedule for other clients.
Adjusted Session Time:
- Should you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly. The full fee for the originally scheduled appointment will still apply, as the reserved time is specifically designated for you.
Insurance Coverage:
-We accept various insurance plans; however, it is your responsibility to verify your policy’s coverage for massage therapy services prior to your appointment.
- In the event that your insurance does not cover the cost of the massage therapy session, you will be responsible for the total payment at the time of service.
Payment Responsibility:
- If your insurance provider denies coverage for any reason, or if you lack applicable insurance, you agree to pay the full amount for services rendered at the time of the appointment.
- For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and Venmo.
Ongoing Communication:
- If you have any questions regarding your insurance coverage or payment policy, please do not hesitate to contact our office prior to your appointment.
